Winter: Hey Look it's Snowing!

Brrrrrrr! It has been a cold winter so far. Hopefully your homes feel toasty and warm. This year with the plentiful snow brings many opportunities for winter fun. I encourage you to get out and play!

On a different note, it seems that 2008 heralds a transition year. Many of those I've spoken with have experienced significant change already in thier lives. You're not alone if things feel a bit tumultuous. Perhaps our presidential race containing both a woman and an African-American man, illustrates the coming shake up. I wish you all the best and hope for your highest healing in whatever comes your way.

Clinic News

CIGNA- I'm in!

I am now an in-network provider with CIGNA. Please read the Insurance Update article in this newsletter for more information about VHAP, CIGNA, Catamount, and the rest.

Increased Office Hours

My new office hours are: Tuesdays 10-6pm, Wednesdays 2-6pm, Thursdays 9-6pm, Fridays 9-5pm. The office is still closed 1-2 for lunch.

Supplement Purchases

For those of you requesting supplements to be shipped to you, I need a credit card number on file. Please complete the Credit Card Agreement form and fax (802-254-4754) or mail to my office. The card numbers are double password protected in the computer and the forms are kept in a locked file cabinet.

For non-long distance patients, if you prefer to pay by credit card for your visits or supplements and want me to keep it on file, please fill out the form and get it to me. Many patients already utilize this and enjoy the convenience. I accept Visa and Mastercard, including HSA accounts.
