• THW strives to support the recovery and/or stabilization of each person served. The Healing Way seeks to enhance the quality of life of each consumer, as well as reduce symptoms, restore and/or improve functioning, and encourage the integration of each person served into the community.
  • THW provides ongoing coordination of care between internal and external service providers through the use of regular treatment approach and case consultation meeting during which attendance, and policies that include coordination of care with other facilities through the retrieval of forwarding of records with consent as well as regular contact with external members of the consumer`s treatment team such as case managers, psychiatrists, housing, benefit coordinators, foster care services, etc.
  • The treatment team provides services that are consistent with the needs of each patient. The treatment team strives to be culturally and linguistically competent relative to the needs of the patients. The team is involved in the implementation of the individual treatment plan. THW is continually seeking ways to improve the quality of service to our patients and to run as efficiently as possible. Clinical Supervision addresses on regular basis: the appropriateness of treatment interventions to specific needs of the person being served, treatment effectiveness as reflected by the patient meeting his/her individual goals, the provision of feedback that enhances the clinical skills of direct service staff members and accuracy of assessment and referral skills where applicable. Clinical supervision also takes into consideration the consistent positive or negative urine screen results of patients.
